Position Overview

Alliance RV is looking for a part-time Receptionist for the summer to manage our front desk and to perform a variety of clerical tasks within our Corporate office. As the Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. The Receptionist's duties include welcoming guests and greeting people who visit the facilities. You will coordinate front-desk activities including opening and distributing mail, directing phone calls, scheduling tours, ordering office supplies, and other miscellaneous administrative duties. Candidate must be friendly, outgoing, detail-oriented, and have a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Answering multi-line phone and directing calling
  • Coordinating and scheduling plant tours
  • Sorting and delivering mail
  • Ordering and maintaining office supplies
