Job Overview:
Alliance RV is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Warranty Administrator to join our Dealer Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for determining warranty coverage, processing authorizations, and maintaining clear, effective communication with dealers and vendors. This position is ideal for a self-driven individual who excels in a fast-paced environment and is eager to provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess warranty coverage and approve authorizations based on company guidelines.
- Review and process warranty claims accurately and in compliance with policies.
- Communicate effectively with dealers and vendors regarding warranty coverage, authorizations, and requirements.
- Stay informed on Alliance RV’s warranty policies and industry standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance warranty processes and improve customer satisfaction.
- Resolve issues efficiently while providing outstanding customer service.
- Take on additional tasks or evolving responsibilities as needed to support the team and company growth.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with dealers and vendors.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Previous experience in warranty administration or a similar role is not a requirement
- Knowledge of the RV industry and warranty processes is a not a requirement.
