Job Summary
Alliance RV is seeking a highly creative, versatile, and driven Content Specialist to join our marketing team. This role is responsible for telling the Alliance story through compelling visual and written content. From scripting and capturing high-end video of our latest product lines to editing quick-turn social content, you will be the engine behind our digital media presence. The ideal candidate has a sharp eye for visual storytelling, a strong grasp of video production workflows, and a passion for engaging digital communities.

Key Responsibilities

● Video Production & Editing: Script, shoot, and edit high-quality photo & video content for YouTube, Meta platforms, TikTok, and our website. This includes product walkthroughs, customer feature spotlights, and short-form social reels.

● Content Strategy & Scheduling: Collaborate with the marketing leadership team to develop and maintain a dynamic content calendar that aligns with product launches and brand campaigns.

 ● Asset Management: Organize, log, and maintain our growing library of RAW video footage, photography, and creative assets to ensure seamless team collaboration.

● Brand Advocacy: Ensure all produced content aligns with the core identity of Alliance RV, focusing on product quality, customer service, and community growth. Qualifications & Skills

 ● Technical Proficiency: Proven experience operating mirrorless cameras, gimbals, audio gear, and lighting setups.

● Editing Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. Motion graphics and After Effects skills are a major plus.

● Platform Savvy: Deep understanding of optimization styles for different channels (e.g., what works for a 10-minute YouTube video vs. a 15-second Instagram Reel).

 ● Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple shooting and editing schedules simultaneously.

 ● Portfolio Required: A reel or portfolio demonstrating strong videography, lighting, composition, and pacing choices is required for consideration. Compensation and
