Summary

Alliance RV is seeking an experienced NetSuite Administrator to assist the ongoing administration, optimization, and strategic enhancement of our NetSuite ERP system. This role is pivotal in ensuring NetSuite aligns seamlessly with our business processes, maintains high performance and data integrity, and supports company growth. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, serve as the primary point of contact for NetSuite-related matters, and partner with external providers and consultants for complex customizations, integrations, projects, and advanced support. This position is an in-office position, remote work will not be offered.

Key Responsibilities

User & Access Management

• Create, modify, deactivate user accounts, and manage roles, permissions, and security settings to ensure appropriate access controls.
• Configure and maintain role-based dashboards, saved searches, reports, KPIs, and custom views to deliver actionable insights to users.
• Provide hands-on training, ongoing support, and troubleshooting to end-users, resolving requests efficiently to minimize downtime and enhance adoption.  

System Administration & Support

• Act as the primary liaison with external NetSuite providers and partners: submit and manage support tickets/cases, track progress, coordinate testing, and ensure timely resolution.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve system errors, performance issues, and integration problems to maintain data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
• Manage integrations between NetSuite and other business systems/applications, monitoring for issues and ensuring seamless data flow.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, customizations, workflows, processes, and best practices.

Configuration, Customization & Development

• Customize forms, fields, records, workflows, scripts, and other NetSuite elements to meet unique business requirements and improve efficiency.
• Develop, test, and deploy customizations—including SuiteScripts, custom objects/records, workflows, and third-party tools—to enhance functionality and user experience.
• Identify and implement opportunities for automation, process optimization, and system improvements to drive operational efficiency.

Release Management & Continuous Improvement

• Stay current on NetSuite updates, new features, releases, and patches; plan, test, and apply them to our environment with minimal disruption.
• Proactively monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to support evolving business needs.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives by partnering with stakeholders to align NetSuite capabilities with company objectives.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience, preferably in a manufacturing, distribution, or similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of NetSuite modules (e.g., Financials, CRM, Inventory, etc.), SuiteScript (1.0/2.0), workflows, saved searches, reports, and integrations.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues and deliver effective solutions under time constraints.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to train non-technical users.
• NetSuite Administrator Certification (or SuiteFoundation/SuiteAnalytics) preferred.
